- Each unit is $2,000 per month.
- Application fee: $100.00 per applicant. Applicants must be over the age of 18.
- Security Deposit: $2,000. Security deposit and first month’s rent are due before move-in.

Requirements
- Applicants must have no previous evictions, no felonies, and no criminal background.
- They must earn three times the monthly rent and have an excellent rental history.
- Employment must be verifiable (Must have at least 90 days on the job).
- Applicants must have no current or recent bankruptcy, also no more than three open credit accounts or items sent to collections over the last 24 months.
